Luiza has a BA in Family and Child Studies and dedicated almost ten years to working as a Child Life Specialist in the greater New York City area. Her primary focus was supporting children and families affected by pediatric oncology.

After becoming a mother of two, she joined Queen City Doulas to manage partnerships, collaborations, and social media strategy. Luiza's unique blend of family support expertise and strategic growth ensures Queen City Doulas remains a trusted and influential resource for parents.

Olivia holds a BA in Sociology from Trinity College with a focus in women’s reproductive health and spent a year studying with labor and delivery nurses at Hartford Hospital. She brings years of relationship management experience from the executive education industry. After receiving support from Queen City Doulas herself, Olivia now helps families choose their ideal support plan.

McKenzie is an experienced postpartum doula who not only supports families directly but also works behind the scenes to ensure every family feels supported and cared for.

She manages family communication and schedule coordination, ensuring Queen City Doulas families are well-supported. McKenzie also collaborates closely with our doulas, keeping them well-informed of all family communications to facilitate a seamless experience for each doula and family.

Suzanne is a Registered Nurse with a Master's in Public Health from the University of Virginia. With over 25 years of experience as a mother-baby nurse and a former nursing instructor at the University of Virginia, she brings a wealth of knowledge. She specializes as a lactation consultant and newborn care specialist.

Suzanne provides expert, compassionate breastfeeding and postpartum support, blending clinical expertise with deep empathy. Her calming presence and wisdom are invaluable in ensuring Queen City Doulas remains a reliable and nurturing resource for families during this significant life stage.

Kaitlyn, a Registered Nurse and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, brings a wealth of knowledge to postpartum care. She earned her Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Virginia and her Master's in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Kaitlyn practices part-time as a pediatric nurse practitioner and deeply understands both the clinical and emotional aspects of the postpartum period.

As a mother of two active boys, she knows the early parenthood challenges. Her own positive experiences with postpartum support inspired her to found Queen City Doulas, extending personalized, compassionate care to other families. With her medical expertise and nurturing instincts, Kaitlyn ensures Queen City Doulas remains a reliable resource for families navigating their postpartum journey.
