I’m Kaitlyn, a pediatric nurse practitioner and seasoned NICU nurse, but more importantly a mom of two incredible boys. I completely understand the rollercoaster of motherhood. Every day, I’m right there with you trying to be the best mom I can be.

I’ve witnessed firsthand, both professionally and personally, the crucial need for support during your postpartum.

I was fortunate enough to have my mother’s support after the births of my sons. Her presence allowed me to focus on healing and bonding with my newborn. I founded Queen City Doulas to provide that same level of care and support to you.

Queen City Doulas understands that each family is unique. That’s why we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I personally work with you to craft a support plan that aligns with your family’s needs and goals.

Kaitlyn is the heart and soul behind Queen City Doulas and her mother, Suzanne, is the inspiration. Kaitlyn learned much of what she knows from her. Kaitlyn spent countless hours learning from and working with her mother while caring for postpartum women.

Kaitlyn developed a deep understanding of postpartum care and breastfeeding support from a young age. Suzanne works with Queen City Doulas as an expert doula and lactation consultant and remains the inspiration behind everything we do.
